Whether you’re curious about switching your hunting ammunition, want to test lead-free ammo in your own firearm, or just want to learn from biologists and seasoned hunters, these events offer trusted, science-based, and experience-based insights in a space open to questions and discussion.
All events are voluntary, welcoming, and built for real-world use. Many events include free lead-free ammo (while supplies last), expert demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with your local wildlife community.

Sighting In Your Rifle (Field Day)
LTH is teaming up with Lead-Free Hunting Oregon to help you get sighted-in for the upcoming season! If you have never sighted-in a rifle before or are interested in hunting with lead-free ammunition this season, this event is for you!
This 3.5 hour workshop includes:
A breakdown of the process and individual help getting sighted-in for hunting.
Overview of shooting form.

Calling all Virginia hunters! Share your experiences with hunting, conservation, and hunting ammunition and learn about what’s happening on a landscape scale to address lead impacts and wildlife across the nation. This workshop, open to all hunters, will include a classroom discussion as well as a range demonstration to compare different types of hunting ammunition.
