In collaboration with the Mid-Willamette and Capitol chapters of the Oregon Hunters Association, on September 27th, join us at Big Timber Rifle and Pistol Club for a hunter sight-in day.
This event will include the option to test lead-free ammunition for free! Lead-free big game hunting ammunition is made of copper and has high weight retention, making it a great choice to use while hunting.
The weight retention from these bullets allows for good penetration and wide wound channels, while also ensuring that scavengers will not consume lead fragments from parts of shot animals left in the field. Those interested can test out different brands of lead-free ammunition for free to find the one that shoots best out of their rifle!
All non-lead ammunition will be provided by Lead-Free Hunting Oregon and will be available to test both days, all day.
